Client Case Studies
Case 1: Nigerian furniture factory
Procure machinery:
-MJ6132TD Sliding Table Saw
-HS368 Automatic Edge Bander
-Dual-bag dust collector
Ibrahim has operated a furniture factory in Lagos for nine years, specializing in office furniture and custom cabinetry for apartments. He previously relied on a second-hand Italian sliding table saw from 2007; it broke down almost monthly, and replacement parts required a two-to-three-month wait for air shipment from Europe, with every period of downtime wiping out a full week’s profit. After comparing five Chinese suppliers via WhatsApp, he ultimately chose HYSEN for three reasons: a video factory tour revealed the actual production facility, the equipment could be customized for Nigeria’s 415V power standard, and the company was willing to provide bilingual operational training in both Chinese and English.
Case 2: Cabinet Factory in Peru
Procure machinery:
-SMV8D Sliding Table Saw
-HS508 Automatic Edge Bander
-Dual-bag dust collector
Diego has run a cabinetry factory in Lima for seven years, primarily supplying kitchens for fully fitted apartments developed by local firms. At the Interzum Bogotá trade show in May 2026, he spent 40 minutes at the HYSEN booth; after watching a live edge-banding demonstration of the HS508 and examining the extended sliding table on the SMV8D, he immediately added the sales manager on WhatsApp. His existing machinery, purchased from a local Peruvian second-hand dealer eight years prior, had suffered a noticeable decline in precision. Within three weeks of the exhibition, he had completed his price comparisons and signed the contract; the equipment arrived at the Port of Callao (CIF Callao) in early August.
Case 3: Riyadh Kitchen Cabinet Factory
Procure machinery:
-HS-D330 CNC Beam Saw
-HS-LP900DL 6-Sided CNC Driller
-Automatic return line
As one of Riyadh’s largest kitchen cabinet manufacturers serving local developers and high-end residential projects, the company initially purchased four units in 2024 to replace an aging European production line. Following 18 months of operation without any major malfunctions, they placed a direct repeat order in March 2026 for a full production line to expand capacity. Fahad stated clearly, “We only expand partnerships with proven suppliers.” The repeat order required installation during Ramadan; HYSEN adjusted its engineering schedule accordingly and successfully completed the full commissioning process.
Case 4: Furniture factory in Bangkok, Thailand
Procure machinery:
-HS3200 Sliding Table Saw
-HS515B Automatic Edge Bander
-HS-LP900DL 6-Sided CNC Driller
-Dust collection system
Based in Bangkok, this project focuses on supplying furniture for the guest rooms and public areas of hotel chains. The company faced specific operational challenges: a vast array of SKUs, extremely tight delivery schedules, and the need to recalibrate machinery for every product changeover. Previously, using three semi-automated machines, a single changeover took two to three hours. After securing a renovation contract for a major international hotel group’s Southeast Asia operations in 2025, they decided to upgrade to a configuration featuring a CNC six-sided drilling machine and a double-sided edge bander.
