1. High-Strength Screws

2. Machine Alarm Light
Constructed from ABS engineering plastic and featuring an LED light source, this component offers a long service life, high structural strength, excellent toughness, and resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. If the air pressure drops below 0.6 MPa, the alarm light will emit an audible buzzer signal to protect the machine’s components from potential damage.

3. Electric Lubrication Pump
Primarily designed for the lubrication of moving components such as guide rails and lead screws, it significantly extends service life. It requires no manual intervention, providing automatic, timed, and quantitative lubrication with low noise and high efficiency.

4. Oil Distributor
It utilizes a volumetric oil distributor capable of delivering a precisely prescribed amount of lubricant to each lubrication point. Requiring no manual adjustment, it ensures that every slider receives an equal quantity of lubricant, thereby achieving superior lubrication performance.

5. Cables
The machine utilizes double-jacketed, highly flexible shielded cables. The outer layer features a flame-retardant PVC jacket, while the shielding layer consists of a tinned copper braid. Internally, the cables are reinforced with high-tensile cords, ensuring exceptional abrasion resistance, superior waterproofing, and high resistance to breakage.

6. Handwheel
The handwheel features a coiled cable with shielding and a non-slip textured grip; it is resistant to water and oil, and possesses strong anti-interference capabilities. It supports long-distance transmission, while its housing material is wear-resistant and drop-proof, offering protection against both water and dust.

7. Integrated Direct-Connection Mount
The mounting components for the ball screw and servo motor are integrated into a single unit; this structure effectively minimizes alignment errors between the two shafts. It ensures high concentricity and prevents eccentricity, thereby effectively eliminating the risks of ball screw shaft breakage or coupling failure. The motor mount is precision-machined from high-quality medium-carbon steel, offering exceptional impact resistance and durability.

8. Voltage Protector
Configurable settings for over-voltage and under-voltage thresholds, as well as response times. The LCD screen displays real-time voltage readings and fault status, and features a fault logging function. It safeguards the machine and other electrical components against damage.

9. Schneider Relays
French-made Schneider relays primarily control the operation of pneumatic components, such as cylinders; their service life is 5 to 10 times that of standard relays.

10. Omron Limit Switch
