1.The first step of edge banding is to use double milling cutter to modify the corrugated trace, burr or non-vertical phenomenon caused by cutting board saw, so as to achieve better edge sealing effect.
2.The glue mechanism adopt a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensure a more solid conglutination.
3.End-Cutting mechanism through a precise guide track movement, adopt automatic tracking and high frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface smoothly.
4.Rough Trimming unit when edge tapes is more than 1.5mm, or edge tapes are PVC, acrylic, and veneer despite its thickness.
5.Fine trimming unit, with two individual high frequency motors, when trimming the high glossy edge tapes, there will be no scars on those high glossy edge tapes and the horizontal trimming not have this effect..
6.Corner Rounding units:stable operational of rounding corners for 4 sides edges, perfect rounding results.
7.Scrap off the wave marks or scars, to make top and bottom of the wood panel even smoother. At the meantime, scrapping is also adjustable to scrap out the curve angle on edges in order to have a perfect edge banding results
8.The buffing device adopt the board processed by cotton polishing wheel, by end-polishing to make a more smooth surface.
