Encoder Control Unit

Touchscreen Unit

Pre-milling Unit
Trims the edges of the panel to ensure a smooth, flat finish free of burrs. This allows for a tighter bond between the edge banding and the panel, resulting in a less visible glue line and a superior finish.

Infrared Heating Lamp
The heating lamp preheats the edges of the board to prevent the edge temperature from dropping too low in cold environments; without this, the applied adhesive would cool too rapidly, resulting in a weak or imperfect edge-banding bond.

Separating Agent Unit
This unit sprays a separating agent onto the panels requiring pre-milling, creating a protective barrier on the top and bottom surfaces. This prevents dust and debris from adhering to the panels—making them difficult to clean—thereby ensuring a superior edge-banding result.

Pressure Roller Unit
Following the processes of edge-banding feeding, cutting, and application, six steel pressure rollers simultaneously press the edge-banding firmly against the panel; this ensures a stronger bond and leaves no glue residue on the top or bottom surfaces of the panel.

Laser Edge Banding
Features a homogenized large-spot design that achieves truly seamless edge banding with consistent results; integrates flexibly with edge-banding equipment without requiring complex modifications.

Maintenance-free glue pot
Features automatic control via a pneumatic switch for enhanced operational convenience. Designed without a glue storage reservoir, making cleaning easier. Intended for use with a glue dispensing machine.

End-Trimming Unit
Trims the edge banding protruding from the front and rear ends of the panel, making it flush with the panel ends and ensuring a smooth, even cut surface.

Trimming
This process involves trimming the edge banding applied to the top and bottom surfaces of the board, removing excess material to mill the edges into a rounded (radiused) profile.

Contour Tracing
Utilizes a contour-following mechanism with a movable tracing wheel to mill the four corners of the applied edge banding into a rounded (R-shaped) profile, resulting in smoother and more aesthetically pleasing corners.

Scraping
A carbide radius cutter trims away excess edge banding material, resulting in a fuller, more rounded edge profile.

Polishing
The edge-banded panels undergo a polishing process to make the top and bottom edges of the banding smoother and more aesthetically pleasing.

Flexible Edge Scraping
The flexible flat-scraping unit effectively removes residual glue left on the panel after edge banding, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing finish.

Laser Edge Bander
There are no visible glue lines; the edge banding and the board blend seamlessly, creating a refined visual effect. The laser melts the coating on the edge banding to fuse it with the board, resulting in strong adhesion that resists peeling and cracking.
