1. Nitrile Rubber Roller
The rubber roller is made of nitrile material; it is resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, and features a compact structure, substantial thickness, and good elasticity.
2. Adjustable Handwheel
The machine features four rollers; the double-sided glue application rollers are cast components with adjustable glue output.
3. Geared Motor
Uses an integrated cycloidal pin-wheel unit (2.2 kW); eliminates the need for belt drives and operates with low noise.
4. Hard Chrome-Plated Rubber Roller
The rubber-squeezing roller is made of seamless steel pipe with a hard chrome-plated surface, making it smoother and non-stick to the adhesive.
5. Control Switch

6. Drive Mechanism
