1.Gluing and pressure

The glue-coating and pressing device uses a special structure to evenly coat the edge of the board and the edge banding material, so that the edge band and the edge of the board are perfectly bonded, ensuring a stronger bond and preventing the edge band and the board from falling off.

2.End cutting

The trimming device is used to trim the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the plate edge banding. It adopts automatic mold tracking and high-frequency and high-speed motor structure to ensure that the cut surface is flat and smooth.

3.rough trimming/4.fine trimming

The rough trimming and fine trimming devices are used to trim the excess edge banding materials on the upper and lower parts of the processed board edge banding. The automatic tracking of the template and the high-frequency and high-speed motor structure are adopted to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the trimmed board are flat and smooth.

5.Scraping

The scraping device is used to eliminate the ripple marks on the edge of the plate caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion of the trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the plate smoother and neater.

6.Buffing

The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to rotate at high speed to clean the edge of the polished plate. The edge end is made smoother by polishing. The polishing is completed in one time without the need for subsequent manual polishing, which improves efficiency.
