1. Uniform Glue Application & High Efficiency:
The glue application roller is made of high-quality, thick-walled seamless steel tubing with a thick, uniform hard-chrome plating, ensuring smooth operation and even glue distribution. Stainless steel or silicone rollers are available upon request.
2. Multiple Glue Feeding Options:
Before operation, the handwheel is used to adjust the gap between the application roller and the metering roller; glue can be poured in once the rollers are nearly touching. Optional features include an overhead glue tank with a dispensing hopper for automatic feeding, or manual glue filling.
3. Uniform Application Pressure:
The roller core is covered with two layers of hard rubber; standard rollers feature natural nitrile rubber, offering excellent resistance to oil, corrosion, and wear.
Custom roller materials are also available, including neoprene, polyurethane (PU), silicone, PE, EPDM, smooth rollers, chrome-plated rollers, stainless steel rollers, and mirror-finish rollers.
4. Grooved/Threaded Roller Options:
The roller surface is covered with corrosion-resistant rubber; surface groove patterns include straight threads, various grid/checkered designs, and transverse grooves. The glue application rate (grams per square meter) is controlled by the number and depth of the grooves. Denser, shallower grooves result in a lighter glue application, allowing for uniform coating even on boards with slight thickness variations.
