The main machine of the precision panel saw includes the bed, workbench, longitudinal and cross-section guide plate, main saw, marking saw, transmission and other components. The structure and working principle are similar to those of ordinary circular saws, and it can be used alone as an ordinary circular saw.

The main structural feature of precision panel saw is the use of two saw blades, namely the main saw blade and the scoring saw blade. When cutting, the scoring saw is cut in advance, and a groove with a depth of 1 to 2 mm and a width of 0.1 to 0.2 mm thicker than the main saw blade is cut on the bottom surface of the processed board to ensure that the edge of the saw blade will not tear when the main saw blade is cutting, thereby obtaining good sawing quality. The scoring saw blade has a small diameter, usually about 120 mm, and is driven by a separate motor. The saw blade speed is generally above 9000r/min, and the cutting speed is generally 56-60m/s. The marking saw blade and the main saw blade are required to be aligned in the same vertical plane. The diameter of the main saw blade is generally 300-400mm, and it is driven by the main motor through the V-belt. According to the diameter of the main saw blade and the type of processed panel material, the main saw blade can be changed in speed by the tower wheel. The tower wheel has a simple speed change structure and a constant power output, which is more in line with the actual needs of wood processing. The power of the main motor is generally 4-9kw. In order to make the speed regulation simple, a special V-belt is used to ensure that a single belt can meet the required power transmission. The speed of the main saw blade is generally 3000-6000r/min, and the spacing between the main saw blade and the marking saw blade is generally about 1OOmm.
Another main structural feature of the precision panel saw is that the marking saw blade and the main saw blade are fixed, and the mobile workbench made of aluminum profiles carrying the processed panels is pushed forward and backward by hand to achieve sawing processing. Due to the special structure of the guide rail of the mobile worktable, it is light and labor-saving to push the feed manually, and the processing accuracy is very high. The bed of the precision panel saw is mostly welded with steel plates with a thickness of 5-6mm. It is stable and beautiful, and can ensure that there is no tilt and distortion during the early sawing process. The fixed worktable is fixed to the top of the bed. It is made of castings and requires flatness and no deformation. It is equipped with a longitudinal cutting guide and its adjustment mechanism. 4. Structural features of the mobile worktable of precision panel saws: The mobile worktable part is the key part of the precision panel saw. It is also the main part that distinguishes it from ordinary circular saw machines. The mobile workbench is composed of a bracket, a lower guide rail, rollers, a push table, etc. Its notable features are:
(1) Easy and labor-saving operation, large push stroke, and large cutting width;
(2) Equipped with a stable and lightweight trailer, it runs smoothly;
(3) The setting of the mobile workbench and the main saw blade can be adjusted 45 degrees, which expands the use range of the saw machine. Some saw machines are also equipped with a milling device, which can process grooves and tongues with a width of 30-50MM.
